We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). Delivery dates are discussed at order confirmation but are not guaranteed.
Swivel chairs, dining sets, and armchairs: delivered within 5–7 working days.
Beds, mattresses, headboards, and divan bases: typically delivered in 5–7 working days, depending on model and location.
Sofas and sofa beds require more handling; delivery may take 7–10 working days.
Free delivery across mainland UK. Remote areas may take 10–14 days and could incur additional charges.
Ensure furniture fits through doors, stairs, and hallways. Inform us of any access issues to avoid failed delivery fees.
Provide accurate address and contact details to prevent delays.
Inspect items upon delivery and report any damage or issues immediately.

Return Policies

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery approval with proof of purchase.

Custom-made or assembled items are non-returnable; assembled items must be disassembled for return.
