Section 3 – Non-returnable and Custom Items
- Bespoke or custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation or return due to their personalised nature.
- Items that have been assembled must be disassembled and repackaged in the original box for collection.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of return approval.
Section 4 – Condition Issues and Defects
Upon receiving your order, please:
- Inspect the items carefully.
- Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- Damaged in transit, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all items will fit through doorways, hallways, and into the intended space.

If the product does not fit and is free of defects, the return is subject to review, and the customer will bear the return collection cost.
